    Shipping

    • Most orders are processed, shipped and delivered within 7 to 12 business days.
    • Once your order is processed (3-5 business days), you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
    • We ship only to the continental United States using UPS, Fedex or USPS.
    • We do not ship to: 
      • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or other US territories
      • PO Boxes
      • International destinations
    • Our system will automatically send you the tracking number for your order.
    • In addition, you can easily check the status of your order by logging into your account here.
    • If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't worry! Just contact us here with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • We offer a 30 Day return policy on damaged or defective items or misprints. We'll be happy to replace the item free of charge.

    • If you have any additional questions or would like to request a return, please contact us here.

    • If your order arrives damaged, just contact us here and we will ship you a replacement item immediately, free of charge.
